Enjoy a wide range of tailored discounts on your everyday spending with your HSBC credit or debit card. Just download and log on to the DealsGo app to browse and redeem the latest dining, shopping and leisure offers. 

How it works

Get set up

Once you download and open the DealsGo app from your app store, you'll need to create your own account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Enter the first 6 digits of your HSBC credit or debit card
  2. Enter your mobile number to get a One-Time Password (OTP) 
  3. Enter your first name, last name and birthday
  4. Create your password 

For your security, make sure you don't use the same username and password you use for online banking.

Redeem your offer

Once you've finished getting set up, you can start enjoying your offers:

  1. Browse through the available offers and select the one you want
  2. Tap 'Get Offer' to generate a unique voucher or QR code
  3. Present the code to the merchant to enjoy your discount

Before using the code, always review the offer terms and conditions under 'Offer Details' as they will vary.

DealsGo programme terms & conditions 

  • The DealsGo programme is available to all HSBC Bank Egypt credit and debit cardholders who download and install the application.
  • You must sign up or log on to the app to browse and redeem offers.
  • Users will receive unique voucher or QR codes for offers that can be redeemed at participating merchants.
  • Each voucher is valid for 2 weeks from the date of code generation. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
  • Voucher or QR codes must be presented at the merchant to redeem the offer.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • All offers are subject to availability and merchant terms.
  • HSBC Bank Egypt is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of offers from third-party merchants.
  • Notifications about new and personalised offers will be sent based on your preferences.
  • We may suspend or terminate your membership for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
  • Only cards issued from HSBC Bank Egypt can enjoy the offers.
  • HSBC will not be liable in the event of any loss, whether materially or the loss of opportunity or any misconduct of the DealsGo app that might arise from using the app.
  • HSBC will not be liable for any misconduct that might be concluded by any of the merchants, whether from rejecting or not accepting to perform the discounts mentioned in the app.
  • The discounts mentioned in the app may be changed or cancelled any time without prior notification.
